How Do I Clean My New Floor?

  • Use a damp mop only. Avoid wet mopping of the floor which can leave excess moisture or streaking.
  • To remove sticky stains add a little methylated spirits or white vinegar to your water.
  • When a spillage occurs soak up the bulk of the liquid quickly.
  • Avoid using supermarket cleaning products, or products claiming to add a superficial wear layer to your floor as these may cause problems with rejection at a later stage when a maintenance coat is desired.
